![]() I have followed their guide to install the latest CUDA 11.8 version and it works. We're working on improving the ability to build / install RAPIDS libraries as easily as possible to allow integrating it into non-conda environments and containers and whatnot, but we're not quite there yet.Īlso see this from same conda setup when doing any pip install of anything. How to install CUDA 11.2 and cuDNN 8.1 on WSL2 for TensorFLow 2 Ask Question Asked 7 months ago Modified 5 months ago Viewed 3k times 2 I am very much struggling to get NVIDIA's CUDA 11.2 and cuDNN 8.1 for TensorFlow 2 on my WSL2 machine. I've escalated internally and am trying to push things in the right direction. This CUDA Toolkit includes GPU-accelerated libraries, and the CUDA runtime for the Conda ecosystem. ![]() We don't control the CUDA EULA and what can or can't be redistributed. The CUDA Toolkit from NVIDIA provides everything you need to develop GPU-accelerated applications. ![]() Yes I'm very aware, but we unfortunately can't control the entire ecosystem. conda activate tf-gpu (if already in the environment no need to run this). One cannot only think of how RAPIDS is built, but how it's used. To install Cuda Toolkit, Open Anaconda Prompt, activate the virtual environment. This does affect RAPIDS use since one will try (of course) to install rapids + tensorflow. cudatoolkit and cudatoolkit-dev do not have matching versions.Ĭudatoolkit-dev is not a package that we're involved in and generally isn't something that's supported by NVIDIA in any way. I was giving context for a problem that does exist in general, which is all the various conda packages available are not entirely consistent. ![]()
